This policy explains how Wordfall: Daily Word Puzzle (com.playwordgames.wordfall), operated by CyberBoon, collects, uses and protects your data. By playing the game you agree to the practices described here.

1. Data we collect

Anonymous account ID — a random identifier created without sign-up.
Display name — the nickname you choose for the weekly league.
Game progress — completed levels, stars, points, daily streak.
League data — weekly scores and ranking.
Purchase status — subscription or hint bundle state (we never store card data).
Ad data — device and app information processed by Google AdMob to serve ads.

2. Why we process it

Run the game, save your progress and show league rankings,
validate subscriptions and purchases,
show ads (personalised only with your consent),
prevent cheating and abuse.

3. Service providers

Supabase — authentication, game data and league storage.
Google AdMob — rewarded ads; consent is handled by Google UMP.
Google Play Billing / Apple App Store — subscriptions and purchases.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

4. Ads and consent

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the app shows a consent form on first launch. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy → Privacy options. Subscribers never see ads.

5. Retention

Account data is kept until you delete it. Raw score events are pruned after 60 days and old weekly rankings after 21 days.

6. Your rights

Access and correct your data,
delete it: Settings → Reset all progress (device and server) or email us,
withdraw consent for ads at any time.

You can exercise these rights free of charge. We respond to requests within 30 days.

7. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 (16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Data deletion requests

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, either use Settings → Reset all progress in the app, or send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion". If you contact us by email, include your league display name so we can locate the account.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when features change. The date above always reflects the current version, and significant changes will be announced in the app.
